Teaching is the mother of all professions and it's undeniable that there are always  some great teachers behind all successful people. At the onset I congratulate all those in the Teaching Profession for adopting this noble profession.Teachers perform a great role in shaping the student's life from little to much and it's upon the quality of the teaching imparted by the teacher which decides and sets the personality and the future of a child. Teachers are considered the nation builders as they had don the hat of nation building may be either by chance or by choice. Every school aspires to be in the list of top schools  but very few really work hard behind it to achieve this glory. Perhaps I would like to say that very few schools initiate with a well planned objective and ensure that they are traversing in the right direction to achieve it. Every  school should have a mission and a vision i.e. the Long term and Short term objectives and should strive to attain it in the due course of time set for it. A school is not really a building with four walls but It is actually a temple of learning where the pupils are imparted knowledge and values to become perfect learned and competent human beings.  Most schools pick up various challenging and  significant objectives to prove themselves and build up a USP which is unique and not found with other schools . Our country is rich in its culture and values and is known far and wide across the countries for the same. Our ancestors had been very stringent in matters of values and had inculcated it in us very strongly which got mixed in our genes and is very difficult to be extracted. We have a fair sense of the  understanding of good and bad  and it clearly reflects in our behavioral attributes too. But its dismal that we are not able to transfer these values to the youths of our country which is affecting their lives badly and has become detrimental for their future too. Why is this so?
